Fra'mani makes their Andouille Smoked Sausage with a traditional blend of aromatic spices and prime cuts of shoulder pork in a natural casing. Fry these sausages up whole and serve with beans and rice, or slice and add to gumbo, stews, and more—they're ready to eat, but we love adding a little crispy pan-fried goodness as a bonus.
Ingredients: pork, water, and contains 2% or less of vinegar, sea salt, spices, granulated garlic, celery powder and spice extractives (from paprika and capsicum).
