The "Foodstirs" are Galit Laibow, Greg Fleishman and Sarah Michelle Gellar. They're parents and friends who loved how baking helped them connect with their kids. Facing a lack of options to make baking more natural and accessible, they made their own. The team at Foodstirs believes that ingredients are everything, so they stop at nothing to find the very best, genuine in character, conscious in origin and positive in impact.
Foodstirs is always organic and never genetically modified, so flavors are full and vibrant, not skewed or superficial. They work with farms who choose progressive planting methods that keep the soil healthy and actively enrich the land, and they source from small farms that protect and advance the wellbeing of fieldworkers. Their ingredients include heirloom flour, fair-trade chocolate and cocoa, biodynamic cane sugar, and natural chemical-free colors. They also use Identity Preserved flour, a single-origin flour grown in the USA on acreage dedicated exclusively to Foodstirs and milled using their proprietary milling process.
