Mala Spice Mix

Mala is considered the signature flavor of Sichuan cuisine, translating to "spicy and numbing". This Mala Spice Mix is a perfect blend of 11 potent herbs and spices including Erjingtiao chili and Tribute Sichuan pepper. Similar to Fly By Jing's other sauces, this spice mix can be used on and with everything - as a rub, in a batter, on avocado toast, in stews, whatever dish needs more oomph.
