Fish Wife has collaborated with Fly by Jing, the first premium Chinese food company with crafted pantry staples, for this limited edition Smoked Salmon with Sichuan Chili Crisp. Salmon sourced from Kvarøy Arctic, the first finfish farm to carry the Fair Trade USA seal and a third-generation family farm in the icy Arctic circle, are used for the recipe. The salmon is then brined in Fly by Jing's Sichuan Chili Crisp, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, garlic, and brown sugar. Smoked in small batches, the salmon is then packed and canned by a family-owned cannery off the coast of Washington. Elevate fish sandwiches with its smoky, spicy flavor, snack with crackers, use in noodle dishes, or eat straight out of the can.
Ingredients: Atlantic salmon, Fly by Jing chili crisp (non-GMO rapeseed oil, non-GMO soybean oil, dried chili pepper, fermented black bean, garlic, sesame oil, salt, shallots, mushroom powder, ginger, seaweed, Sichuan pepper, spices), dark brown sugar, salt, garlic salt (sea salt, garlic, salt, modified corn starch, sugar, parsley, natural flavor and extractives of carrot (for color)).
