Salmon sourced from Kvarøy Arctic, the first finfish farm to carry the Fair Trade USA seal and a third-generation family farm in the icy Arctic circle, are used for this Smoked Atlantic Salmon. The salmon is then brined in extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, garlic, and brown sugar. Smoked in small batches over beech, maple and birch wood, the smoked fish is then packed and canned by a fifth-generation family run cannery off the coast of Washington.
