Ethic Ciders

Ethic is committed to authentic ​Cultivation​ born out of a commitment to land stewardship which includes growing 100% certified organic fruit, minimal tillage on the land and deeping biodiversity across their farm. The farm is USDA certified organic. They hold a Fish-Friendly Certification from California Land Stewardship Institute and have been funded by NRCS to practice Carbon Farming techniques to improve carbon sequestration. The orchards are located in Sebastopol, CA specifically in the Green Valley AVA. Sebastopol has a long, rich history of growing apples in this valley with it's cool foggy nights and warn days. They grow 15 different varietals of apples that make up their blends. As cider makers, they grow and source the highest quality organic fruit, and then through fermentation, let that fruit speak.
