Chocolate Almond Biscotti

This Chocolate Almond Biscotti is made with rich Guittard Chocolate and fresh roasted estate grown California almonds to create an indulgent and sweet biscotti. Great to eat on its own or pair with a hot cup of coffee or tea. 

This chocolate almond biscotti is a Good Food Awards 2021 winner! The Good Food Foundation judges over 2000 entries in 16 style categories, submitted by craft food producers from all 50 states. Each entry must top the charts in a blind tasting and meet strict environmental and social responsibility standards to be considered as a finalist. Only about 200 winners are crowned, recognizing outstanding quality and flavor.

Ingredients: wheat flour enriched (malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), dry roasted almonds, semi-sweet dark chocolate (sugar, unsweetened chocolate, cocoa butter, sunflower lecithin as an emulsifier, pure vanilla), cane sugar, whole fresh eggs, butter (milk), baking powder, unsweetened cocoa powder, pure vanilla extract, salt.
