Organic Ft. Ross Pippin Apples

These Pippins come from scion wood borrowed from an historic, long-abandoned orchard at Ft. Ross, on the Sonoma coast.  This true-to-its-name heirloom is firm, crisp, and causes only a slight pucker with its vibrant flavor.  What an enticing local apple!
