Chrysanthemum Greens is a highly popular Japanese vegetable green, also known as Shungiku. The dark green aromatic leaves are rich in vitamin B and minerals and are used in Japanese dishes, and in soups. Plant in mild and cool temperatures, in fertile, well-drained soil. Harvest the leaves and young stems when the plant reaches 4-6" tall. The flower petals can also be used as a garnish for soups and salads!
