Creminelli's Tartufo was a SOFI Best New Food finalist in 2008 and 2009. It's a funky, sweet, and bright-flavored salami that's well-balanced with a rich fatty finish. The truffle flavor is elegant without being overwhelming. Pair it with a mild, funky cheese like Camembert or a creamy goat's cheese.

Ingredients: pork, sea salt, natural flavors (celery powder), organic spices, sugars, black truffle (.05%), organic garlic, starter cultures (in collagen casing).
