Another updated version of our beloved classic KA. Our fancy queen’s new flavor with an Asian twist. Demerara sugar KA filled with black sesame curd. Garnished with a white sesame mini mac with red bean ganache.

Kouign amann: Ap flour, butter, yeast, salt, sugar, water

Filling: black sesame, yolk, heavy cream, brown sugar, vanilla,

salt, gelatin, butter

Mini Mac: sugar, powdered sugar, almond flour, egg

ganache: red bean paste, heavy cream, white chocolate
