Brussels Sprouts are small, delicious members of the brassica family of veggies (it also includes cabbages, cauliflower, broccoli, and more). They're as good for you as they are delicious, high in many essential vitamins and nutrients. Try them halved and roasted on a sheet pan in a very hot oven with a splash of olive oil and a sprinkle of salt, bake them into a rich and cheesy gratin, or keep 'em raw and slice them thinly for a cole slaw or a fresh, crunchy salad.
