Clif Family's Croquet Vineyard is planted to three acres of Howell Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon, located just above the appellation line on the upper portion of Ink Grade Road. The vineyard is farmed organically and achieved CCOF certification in 2015. This single vineyard treasure is pure Howell Mountain. Rich and deep black cherry flavors permeate the palate with notes of anise, black olive and cedar. Pair with a prime rib dinner or a hard, strong cheese.
