Chalk Hill Cookery is a small Sonoma County based company founded by local chef Matteo Silverman. Our cuisine is plant-based with a focus on organic, seasonal, and local ingredients. All products are handmade and vegan, with some being raw. All our product packaging is made with Fiberstone labels and biodegradable cellophane.
