Cabernet Sauvignon

This Sierra Foothills Appellation Cabernet Sauvignon from Chacewater has a rich garnet color, with bright, fruity, and almost meaty aromas of raisins, pot roast, cocoa, and cherries. The palate is supple, yet rich and fruity with a medium full body and flavors of baked berries and apples, dark roasted smoked nuts, and earth with coating tannins and moderate oak. The vineyards are Certified Organic by CCOF. Pair with pot roast or sharp cheddar.
