Organic Fruitful O's from Cascadian Farm are naturally flavored and colored with real fruits and veggies like carrots, pumpkin, apples and elderberries, and are made with delicious whole grains and oats for great flavor and nutrition. Fruitful O's make for a fun, tasty breakfast, or a kid-friendly snack on the go. 

2 g protein, 8 g sugar, 10% daily value of fiber per 28 g (¾ cup) serving.
