The Bay Double IPA

The Bay Double IPA is a boldly flavored beer made using new-school tropical hops. It starts with huge aromatics of mango, mandarin peel, ripe melon and stone fruit, but the palate is surprisingly light bodied with a soft bitterness and bold hop flavor that follows the nose. This highly drinkable beer pairs well with spicy northern Thai curries or fried foods.
