Cain vineyards are uniquely situated in a bowl-shaped terraneous environment, overlooking Napa Valley from the peak of Spring Mountain Valley. At an average elevation of 2,000 feet and steep vineyards, Cain vineyards make the perfect recipe for winemaking. Their method of winemaking is simple - starting with handpicking, gentle destemming, native-yeast fermentation, maceration, and elevage. They are dedicated to organic farming, being socially and environmentally conscious of their estate, vineyards, and lastly their wines. Their journey for originality and inspiration derives from their signature wine, Cain Five, where they now are fully committed to making truly distinctive cabernet blends.
