Cadia's Organic Tomato Paste uses vine-ripened tomatoes grown in the San Joaquin Valley, where they soak up the sunshine of central California. Harvested at their peak of ripeness, they are peeled, diced, and made into a paste. Stir a spoonful or more into soups, stews, curries, roasts and braises for a tangy, sweet, tomatoey flavor that adds to the savory character of any dish.
