What You Get
Pizza dough (see note below)
White button mushrooms
Bell pepper
Basil
Sliced black olives
Sliced pepperoni
Pizza sauce
Shredded mozzarella cheese
What You'll Need
All-purpose flour
Salt
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 475°F. Line 2 sheet pans with foil or parchment. Set the pizza dough on the counter and let it come to room temperature.
Step 2
Trim and slice the mushrooms. Seed and slice the bell pepper. Pick the basil leaves and toss the stems. Drain the olives. Remove the pepperoni from the package.
Step 3
On a lightly floured work surface, divide each round of dough into 2 or 3 smaller rounds. Use your hands or a rolling pin to gently stretch and flatten each round into a disc about ¼-inch thick.
Step 4
Transfer the discs of dough to the prepared pans. Spread each with 1 to 2 spoonfuls of sauce and sprinkle with a handful of shredded mozzarella. Add your favorite toppings, mixing and matching however you like. (Do use a light hand and leave some space between toppings, so you don’t weigh down the dough too much.) Season with salt.
Step 5
Transfer the pans to the oven and bake until the crusts are golden around the edges and the cheese is bubbly, 12 to 15 minutes.
Step 6
Transfer the pizzas to a cutting board, cut them into wedges, and serve warm.
