Step 1
Slice the tomatoes into rounds. Trim the romaine and separate the leaves. Split and toast the pretzel buns. To build the sandwiches, place the buns on plates, and spread with mustard, if you want a kick. Stack with the ham, Swiss, tomatoes, and romaine leaves. Gently press the sandwiches together and serve. Or wrap them and refrigerate for up to 2 days.
