Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or foil. Arrange the bacon in a single layer on the prepared pan. Transfer to the oven and bake until golden brown and crisp, 15 to 20 minutes.
Step 2
Meanwhile, slice the tomatoes. Trim the base away from the little gems and separate the leaves. Cut the ciabatta rolls in half and toast.
Step 3
To build the sandwiches, spread the ciabatta with the garlic aioli. Stack tomato slices on the bottom piece of ciabatta, followed by strips of bacon and lettuce. Top with the other piece of ciabatta. Cut the sandwiches in half and serve.
