Step 1
Trim the base of the romaine and chop the leaves into ½-inch wide strips. Slice 4 or 5 radishes (you should have about 1 cup). Peel, pit, and slice the avocado. In a bowl, combine the romaine, radishes, and avocado. Drizzle with some of the dressing and a squeeze of lime, season with salt and pepper, and toss to coat. Sprinkle generously with the pepitas and serve.
