Lemon Meringue Tarts

Brioche Pasquier's Lemon Meringue Tart is single-serving, but comes in a pack of two. A smooth and tart lemon cream fills a flaky, buttery crust. For an elegant finish, they have piped some lemon meringue into a rose. Share with a close one or save the other tart for later.
