A great piece of meat for any day of the week. Cut from the shoulder, round bone chops have great intra-muscular marbling, allowing them to be cooked multiple ways. Depending on how much time you have to prepare dinner, round bone chops can be braised, broiled, grilled, or pan-fried. 

About Our Lamb
