Salty Honey Maple Pie

This is Black Jet's version of the famous Salty Maple Pie made by Sister Pie in Detroit. Made with local honey, maple syrup and cornmeal, this chess pie dances delicately between salty and sweet.

Ingredients: pie dough: flour (unbleached enriched wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamin, mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), salt, sour cream, butter; filling: cream sugar, eggs, honey, maple syrup, cornmeal.
