Coconut Macaroons

Gillian, the head baker and founder of Black Jet Bakery, starts these cookies by making a rich dark caramel. Then she folds in eggs and organic coconut and bakes the cookies until deep golden and crunchy on the outside, but chewy and soft on the interior. These are a can't-miss! Two big coconut macaroons come in this package, perfect for sharing with a friend (or hiding and enjoying all by yourself).
