Yuzukararin is made with yuzu citrus and chili peppers giving it bright fresh acidic yuzu flavor with salty and spicy peppery notes. It’s great in soups, on grilled proteins, and of course on rice, tofu or noodle dishes even pizza and desserts. This product is produced and manufactured from Mihara Village in the Kochi Prefecture, an area rich in nature and famous for its citrus especially yuzu. Bernal Cutlery has not been able to find yuzukararin from Kochi that is labeled so that they can import it until now, and they have worked hard to be able to import this item. They are very excited to share a taste of the island vibes from Japan’s least populated island Shikoku.
