The A to Z Oregon Riesling is a pale gold color with just enough green hue to suggest spring is on its way. Piquant aromas and flavors of honeysuckle, lime zest, lemon balm, citron and spice include floral hints of apple-blossom and freesia over time. The wine has good intensity and no shortage of personality, bright yet rich and smooth with a hint of sweetness. Pair with grilled shellfish, spicy curry, or weisswurst and grain mustard.
