Kelp grown on the coastal shores of regenerative farms in Maine is the main star of this mix, with the kelp being natural, fresh, and raw. Combined with kimchi fixings, this Sea-Chi is slightly spicy, juicy, and bold. This Sea-Chi can be eaten on its own as a light snack or used as a side dish with any meal.
