Rondo

Andante Dairy's Rondo is a beautiful mixed milk soft-ripened cheese. Topped with herbs, this cheese has a tangy and herbaceous quality. While young it has a mild fresh grassiness. As it ages, the paste becomes more gooey, leading to hints of earthy complexity. Pair with a Pinot Gris or Saison.
