Organic Grass Fed Ghee

Ghee is a premium cooking oil, the result of a clarification process that removes all the moisture, milk solids and impurities from butter. The absence of milk solids and water in ghee make it completely shelf stable and give it a 485ºF smoke point, making it a great choice for high-temperature cooking. Ancient Organics Ghee is always made by hand in small batches, using only organic sweet cream butter from Straus Family Creamery. 

Keep ghee away from moisture and sunlight. Store refrigerated after opening for the longest shelf life.
