Cheese Enchilada

Organic white corn tortillas are hand-rolled and stuffed with monterey jack and white cheddar cheese, then covered in a traditional Mexican-style enchilada sauce. Organic black beans and corn come alongside the enchilada, making this a great complete meal for those days when time is limited or when you don't feel like cooking. It can be cooked in the microwave, conventional oven, or toaster oven; please see package for more details.
