This traditional Italian holiday treat is often considered one of the most challenging sweet loaves to bake. It rises three times before it's baked for the loftiest, airiest texture. For best results, we recommend removing the festive holiday wrapping and heating your panettone for about 5 minutes in a 350°F oven.
