Golden State of Mind White Ale

Golden State of Mind is a unique creation. Ale Industries calls it a "California Tea Beer," since it's made up of local California ingredients from oats, barley, and wheat to fresh coriander, chamomile, and sweet orange peel. This gives it a smooth, dry, bready malt character with earthy, spicy notes and hints of citrus. A true taste of California in all its beauty, the Golden State of Mind is also a Gruit (it's made without hops!). Pair with fresh, bright flavors like fresh seafood or citrus.
