Baguette

Starter Bakery's Baguette is a slow fermentation of a light sourdough. Slice it into rounds for cheese and charcuterie plates, cut it lengthwise for hearty sandwiches and meatball subs, or tear chunks off to dip into soup and mop up your plate. 

Ingredients: unbleached flour (wheat flour, enzyme), water, whole wheat flour, sea salt, yeast, barley malt (wheat).
